Office 2003 installation wizard disappears

hi All,

I need your help with an office installation issue. One of my
friends is trying to install office 2003 on his computer and the problem he
is facing is that the installation wizard disappears when the product key is
being entered. Kindly assist with this issue.
I would be grateful if Microsoft MVPs could assist.
