Office 2003 installation

I installed Office 2003 and some times get a dialog box
saying gathering info and it is looking for Office 2000
CD. I upgraded from Office XP.

When I go to Control Panel I do see that there is a
program listed for Office 2000 Premium and it is 185MB.

Is it safe to delete this file?

I assume you mean the Add/Remove Programs control panel item. It is not
a file to be deleted. It is an application to be uninstalled (and or
repaired). You probably have some app from the Premium package
installed. Maybe Visio or Access.
Go ahead and launch the Add/Remove. It should tell you more. You will
still probably need the Office 2000 Premium CD, though.
