Office 2003 installation

I had to reinstall my OS, consequently losing all my data and installed
programs, and when I go to reinstall Office 2003 professional, it says I have
to install Outlook 2003 first, but isn't that included in the office
software? and how do I install outlook 2003 before I install the rest of the
program? Please help

Could you state the exact message you get? Are you sure that it doesn't say
"uninstall" Outlook first?

Did you use a system restore to re-install, or did you use Windows CDs?

cdSusan: The merror message states: +Business Contact manager requires
Outlook 2003 Please install Outlook 2003 before running setup. I am using a
purchased Microsoft office professional 2003 cd I reformatted my hard drive
before reinstalling the OS which is XP professional. Thanks for any help you

Have you tried doing a custom installation and only choose Outlook?
