office 2003 keeps crashing

Hi When using outlook 2003 or word 2003 the program keeps crashing and
restart needed. I have run detect and repair but no difference.

anay ideas Thanks Tim

At what point does it crash, with what error and what is logged to the Event
Viewer regarding this?
