office 2003 limited user account issues

Hi,

I upgraded to Office 2003 Pro, and my limited user accounts constantly have
to run the installer on startup (every time), functionality is broken
(clipart has to re-install, and thinks it is broken), and the documents don't
pick up the right icons (.doc gets a wordpad icon).

When I add them to the administrator group, they run just fine and all
issues are gone, but revert back once I take the access away.

Any way to fix this?
