Office 2003 MDI format

I am up to date but have Office Pro XP and can't view or convert......I
really need help to do something with this file.....

Hi IXL,

The Office 2003 MDI format can, at present, only be read
by the Office 2003 version of MS Office Document Imaging.
The person sending it to you would need to save from
Document Imaging as a TIFF file.
