Office 2003 & Office 97

I am trying to install office 97 on a PC that already has office 2003 on it.
I get 97 installed and then I try to run Access 97 and get a message saying
out of memory, please close apps and try again. I don't hvae anything open so
I don't know what it is talking about. Do I need to install 97 first and
install 2003? Can both of them even exist on the same computer at the same
time? I have office xp and office 97 installed on the same computer but this
is the first time I have tried doing 2003. I have to have office 97 installed
for a piece of accounting software we use. Any help would be appreciated.
