Office 2003 / Office XP

My new computer came loaded with trial version of Office 2003. It didn't work right so I removed using "Add/Remove Software" from control panel. Tried to load Office XP, but get following msg "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

Installed Office 2000 with no problem. But need Office XP on new comptuer. What can I do to get Office XP installed
