Have home wireless family network all with Windows XP Pro SP2. Would like to
install Office 2003 Pro Ed as a home network configuration. Is this
possible? How?

No, it is not possible nor legal. You can install Office locally to one
desktop and one portable, but you cannot run it from a server without Client
Access Licenses for each computer. You can setup an admin point for
distribution but each computer must have its own license.

Running from a terminal server is just not practical for home use.
