Office 2003 pro Word Auto Signature

Hi
Am having problem adding an autotext to a user for their signature. Word is
their email editor and a signature is active. When I go to word and autotext
then signature all it has there is the users login username. On other users
the autosignature is working fine. Any suggestions?

I have found a work around for what I need. But in the process have deleted
the signature field in my autotext. Can anyone tell me how to create a field
and then how to add an option to that field?
EX: Salutation:
Mr
Mrs
Miss

how would I recreate this field and it's entries if I accidentally deleted
the Salutation field?
