Office 2003 Professional install problems

Sorry about that. The error message is as follows:
"C:\docume~1\Robert~1\Locals~1\temp\RAR$EX00.900
\files\setup\setup.ini"
Any help out there would be greatly appreciated. By the
way, I have yet to install Service Pack 2 for Windows XP
Professional.

Is your XP Pro an upgrade? If so then I would recommend a good internet
security program instead of installing the XPSP2. I'm not a tech, I just know
from my experience. I was using XP Home, then upgraded to XP Pro, then I
tried to the XPSP2. I had a big mess and had to completely clean my comp. Two
upgrades on one pc can not work. Yes, XPSP2 is considered an upgrade. Sorry
I'm not able to help with the error message.
