k, i've set up MS programs before, but this one has be
boggled. our company got a new computer and purchased
Office Small Business Edition 2003 with it (not installed,
but on a cd). i've run the "typical" install program, and
have entered our company's name when asked, along with the
product key. installation proceeded and was completed, and
the computer restarted.
when running a program for the first time, it again asks
for user information and product key. i have entered these
exactly as before during the installation process. i then
receive and error message claiming that the product key
i've entered is not valid. i've rechecked that key
numerous times, have uninstalled and reinstalled the suite,
all to no avail. the same error message pops up.
has anyone run into this or have any suggestions?
thanks...
