Office 2003 screwed up my system

I did have Office 2000 Pro installed and decided to get
2003 (student ed). Installed it and then seemed to have
both 2000 and 2003 installed. Removed 2000 and reinstalled
2003 and it seemed ok until I rebooted. Left mouse button
no-longer works and mouse control panel has disappeared
packard bell optical usb mouse? Also get Crashes in two
files on startup netcomp.exe and logitech keyboard
(itouch). Anyone any ideas.
