Office 2003 setup

Dear Forum,

I have recently purchased Office 2003 Pro. I have tried to
instll it onto my AJP laptop - running XP Pro - all the
latest patches etc.

When it get's so far - it registers the libraries etc and
then the system Blue Screens. When the PC reboots, it
states that a device driver caused the issue? what when
installing Office 2003? what device drivers does it need?

Can anyone help..?

We purchased Office 2003 Pro and are attempting to
upgrade the Office XP but the setup gets so far and then
we get an error message - can't find file M4561403.CAB.
We tried to install it on another computer because we
purchased a 5 user license and the same type of error but
with L2561403.CAB file not found. I inserted the Office
XP CD but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

You can get around this problem by inserting the Frontpage 2003 disk.
Seems same CAB file is on it and for some reason is readable there.
