Office 2003 SP 2 Outlook now has a problem

Since installing Service Pack 2 for Office 2003, Outlook will not connect to
my e-mail server. I tried to do a "System Restore", but Windows would not
allow it.
I can access my e-mail account through webmail, and have tested Outlook
Express, it is OK as well; however, Outlook will not work. I receive SSL
related error messages, which are new.
Any suggestions?

try recreating your account settings from scratch.

Thanks much for the suggestion. I have deleted the account, in Outlook,
several times, and then created a new account. It still does not work. Do
you possibly have any further ideas?
