I've noticed that a lot of problems have come from SP3. My major problem is
that MDI is no longer available. I looked at changed the properties of the
program, but nothing has changed. It there an undates that can perhaps fix
this problem?

Hi Georgia,

Sp3 does remove the associations for .TIF, .TIFF, and .MDI files.

Please copy the following data into a .txt file. Save the file and then
rename it to a .reg file. Double click the file, and say yes/ok to the
prompts. This should fix your issue..
