Office 2003 Standard Edition Deactivation

I bought a new PC but I've installed Office 2003 and
activate it on my old one.Now I want to sell my old PC
so, how could I deactivate office 2003 from my old PC
permanently?

REmove it from the PC using Add/Remove in Control Panel.
