Office 2003 Standard Edition Deactivation

I bought a new PC but I've installed Office 2003 and
activate it on my old one.Now I want to sell my old PC
so, how could I deactivate office 2003 from my old PC
permanently?
Note:
Uninstallation didn't work out.

There isn't a deactivation procedure for
MS Office. In what way did Uninstall through
Add/Remov Programs in the Windows control panel
not work?

If you're installing on a new PC and the internet
activation process says it's already activated use
the telephone activation method to speak to a MS
technician.
