Office 2003 & Startup Icons

Does anybody know how to get back the "Open New Office Document" or "Open Ixisting Office Document" icons that were part of my startup menu until I upgraded to Office 2003?? Also is there an Office Toolbar included 2003 as my Office XP toolbar appears to have been deleted as part if the upgrade to Office 2003??

Someone

For the "Open New document" and "open existing document" items, you need to
do a custom install and select those features. You can run a "modify" and
toggle the install state to on for those features.

For the stupid toolbar - as mentioned about 1 billion times in this
newsgroup - there isn't one anymore...
