Office 2003 Startup

Every time I start an Office 2003 app, like Word, I have to wait for the
Windows Installer to "Install Features". It does not tell me which features
it is installing, but I cannot use Office until it is done. This tales at
least 30 seconds every time I start any Office app. I want to make it go
away. I have reinstalled Office and it is updated.
