Office 2003 to Office XP Professional

My new computer came with Office 2003 teachers & students
edition... A trial version
I installed my cd of Office XP Professional
When I did... It didn't work properly. It always worked
properly on Windows ME. The Calendar will not come up or
contacts or Outlook today screen. It will also not sync
with my IPaq. I uninstalled Office XP and once again the
Ipaq is working. Once my trial version of Office 2003 is
up I will need to have Office XP up and running. HELP!!!
I believe there was a conflict between the two verisons.
How do I fix that?

Hi, HatingXP,

It will probably work best for you to uninstall Office 2003 before
installing Office XP. Or, try installing Office XP to a different directory
than Office 2003.

If you have further trouble, you really should contact the original
manufacturer of your computer; they are responsible for supporting the
software they pre-install.
