Office 2003 Update

When I try and install SP1 I get a message "The expected
version of the product was not found on your system" What
is up with this and how do I fix it?

There are several different SP1 downloads for Office 2003. You probably
chose the wrong one from the downloads page. Try clicking the "Check
for Updates" link at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx
instead.

I did that and its says there are no updates

Hi Mitch,

Assuming none of the 2003 products on your PC are
trial versions you can run into this error in a
couple of scenarios.

See if this one applies, for example:
