Office 2003 Updates Won't Install

I'm trying to install the updates for Office 2003 (junk mail update for
outlook, etc.) and I keep getting a messeage that the installation failed.

Anyone else experienceing this?

I'm able to get it to update my professional version of Office 2003. The
student version on my kid's machine gets the error. What version is everyone
else using?

I use Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition (Standard Edition) on Windows
2000 Professional SP1.

The error still occurs and I submitted many bug reports to Microsoft.

I was able to download both updates from the Office Page without using the
office update automatice thing and both updates installed without incident.
Hmm..maybe our web browser settings are mucked up, although, my windows
update works with no problem.
