Office 2003 - Upgrade vs Full Version

What is the difference between the Upgrade and Full
versions of Office Standard 2003? Is it simply the amount
of documentation included? Or, must you have a fully
installed previous version of Office in order to install
the Upgrade version of Office 2003?

Dont tease Susan it doesnt have to be installed. Its nicer
to upgrade without having the installation and just
plopping the disk when it looks for the qualified product
(unless MS took out that functionality when they went to
talk to us or we wont work philosophy).

You must be in possession of a qualifying product.

I have Office 97 upgrade, for which I keep a Works 3.0 floppy to install.
Will I be able to upgrade again ?
