Office 2003 will not download email from my ISP POP 3 server

On Friday I installed the most recent XP service pack, and upgraded to Office
2003.

Since then, OUtlook will not download email from my ISP's pop 3 server. I
have tried disabling the firewall, and playing with other security settings,
to no avail.

Any suggestions?
