Office 2003 with TS Win2K3

Hello,

I have some basic questions about Windows2003 Terminal Services App
mode and deploying Office 2003.

1.) How well does this technology work serving office from the file
server with Winterm Thin Clients? I will be deploying to 5 thin clients
in a medical doctor's office.

I have served apps off of servers in the past (4-6years ago using
Novell/NT4.0) and it was very flaky, has this improved with Win2k3 and
Office 2003?

2.) What kind of licenses would I need for Office 2003 to serve it to
the thin clients? I know I will need a server CAL, term services CAL
but am wondering what kind of license for office itself.

3.) Any good links or articles on how to setup this senerio?

Any other info that would help would be appriciated
