The OPA11.bak file has been accidently deleted and now our Office 2003
does not work. What can I do to fix?

there is some information here
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275

also, there is a freeware called recuva
that can scan you disk for deleted files.

possibly you might find something
like ?pa11.bak or something similar
that you can restore.
