other versions of office are installed. and every time I start an office
application I am presented with an office configuration window that takes
about 5 minutes to comlete then the office applipation runs fine. I have

Just to clarify, it is the Privacy Option + Online Updates that comes
up or the enter your initials configuration or is it the screen that
looks like its installing again.

We have the problem with it trying to install again (#3) after we run
any components from Office 2003 (We have Access 2003 and FrontPage
2003 installed on the machines also).

Richard,
office 2007, it looks like it is trying to install again.

and in responce to your problem with having 2003 installed also with 2007
- that you will get the configuration screen, with the windows installer if
you have more then one version of office, because it needs to reconfigure
between uses of the 2 (or more) versions.

We have the same problem, no 2003 products Just Office 2007 Enterprise.

Vista Buisiness
P4 3.6 2gb ram, 256mb Video (all updates and hotfixes applied)

Program Change - Detect and repair and Office Diagnostics Tool (finds no
problems)

FRUSTRATING
