Office 2007 continuously configuring?

I have Vista Home Premium and Office Enterprise 2007. Every time I close
outlook, the program wants to configure Office. If I try and stop it, it
kills outlook and I have to repair it. Once it completes the configuration
process, it tells me that in order to complete setup, I have to reboot.

My question is this: Is there a problem with Office Enterprise 2007? I had
this on my system with XP media Center and it didn't do this until I just
upgraded. Is there some sort of regedit I need to do in order to stop having
to go through the configuration process every time?

Office Enterprise 2007 is a Volume License version of Office. You need to get in touch with the IT person responsible for this version from Microsoft

Try disabling The User Access Control from Control Panel > User accounts >
turn on / off user access control

Go To start and run and then type in services.msc
and then search for windows installer right click and make it automatic and
start
the services once that is done
click on start and run and then type in msiexec.exe /unregister click on Ok
and then msiexec.exe /regserver .
you will not get anything on the screen as it is background process
try to open office application you should be able to open without the
windows installer prompt

If this does not work
got to regedit from start run
rught click on HKEY classes root and
give permission to everyone

Its not peter do you know when you get the windows installer or the
configuration window for office application ?

it is because the windows installer service is stopped or either corrupted .
and this is the way to start it and if you have any better step please do
share with us .
