Office 2007 Enterprise set up successful but Help will not work

In any application every time i press F1 or ? I get a error - Problem with
installed Help files - run repair and try again.
I have uninstalled 2007, reinstalled 2007, loaded from Hard drive, run
defrag, run repair and diagnostics several times (no problem) this has been
going on for 5 months now... can no-one assist me with sorting this out?.. I
am a wreck after spending days and days trying to find a solution.....

From where or from which Company did you get your copy of Office 2007 Enterprise from. Contact their IT person concerning this issue

Thanks taking the time to reply...
I got my Enterprise copy sent direct from MS - because my company has so may
users they cannot support the HUP installations as well as managing the
company wide rollout and use...
Just out of interest what would your reply have been if I had omitted the
word Enterprise from my question.
