Office 2007 keys

I have installed and am using Office 2007 on MY PC right now under XP.

Once the Vista PUBLIC beta comes out,I will reinstall it under Vista.

I have an older machines I am planning on giving to a friend (Friend 1)
(trading it for her slightly older machines which I will be setting up for
another friend.(friend 2 ))

On the older machines for Friend 1 I have installed Office 2007 using MY
key,but have not activated it as of yet.

The friend IS interested in particpating in the Office 2007 trial.

How can seh get her own key and what will happen if I activate it using her
name?

My copy has already been activated , though personally for me word is the
main product i intend to use.
