Office 2007 Professional on XP or Vista

Harm Deters

In our department we are still using Windows XP SP2. Is it advisable to
install Office 2007 on XP or should we wait untill we are going to roll out
Vista?
I'm aware that XPSP2 does meet the requirements, but I want to know if the
performance and/or functionality under Vista would be better.

Tnx Harm

As I understand, you're telling me voice recognition and scanning from
within Office would be possible when using Office 2007 on Vista. Well at the
moment there are different ways several users are working with voice
recognition and scanning so this would not invite us to roll out Vista
yet...

Voice Recognition does not work in Office 2007 without Vista. Office 2007
relies on the voice recognition capabilities of the OS unlike Office 2003.
