I had a trial version of 2007 offive professional. I need to reinstall since
my hard drive was reformatted. I also had purchased the uograde.

I downloaded a trial version and tried o use my ugprade key but it doesn't
work

The Trial Version is NOT a qualifying product for an Upgrade.
