Office 203; Business Contact Manager

New installation:
To add an Account, instructions say "On the Standard
toolbar, click the down-arrow next to New, and then
clickAccount". Whei I do so, Account does not appear in
the list.

Either the instructions are wrong or I am in the wrong
place within Outlook.

Please help.
