Office 97 disk with embossed code number need password

disk no longer in original box I heard that I can get password since I have
the code number around the center of the disk. How?

However, Office 97 has been out of support for a number of years so you may
not be successful.

If you have the Office 97 CD, but don't have the CD key, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823570 "How to obtain a new
product key for Office program setup". As Milly said, Office 97
is no longer supported, so I don't know whether you will be able
to obtain a new product key from Microsoft.
