Office 97 uninstall problem (win2k)

I have Office 97 Professional Edition installed on a
computer that has been upgraded from windows 98 to 2000.
I need to uninstall (or reinstall) Office 97, but when I
insert the Office CD I am not given an option to remove or
uninstall Office. I think somehow because Office was
installed before the upgrade to win2k, the system now
doesn't know that Office is already installed.

How can I remove the current installation of Office?
