no clue.... what exactly is it, or isn't it, doing.

I'm running Win 3.1 legacy software on xp... (old aero codes that I like
just for nostalgic reasons).

I'm running Fortran Powerstation for W95 (same reason as above)...all work
fine. Don't know why O97 would be any different.
