Office and MapPoint for churches

Does anyone know a customized version or templates for Office for church use, coupled with MapPoint as the demographic driver?

Could you please elaborate on "customized version" or the templates you are requesting? Please include the versions of Office/MapPoint you are running
With this information it narrows the question somwhat. Someone/I will help if possible
