Office Basic Upgrade Problem

I am trying to upgrade to Office Professional 2003 from
Office Basic 2003 however it keeps telling me that a
qualifying version could not be found. I inserted the
Office Basic CD when prompted however was told that setup
still couldn't find a qualifying product. What do I do
next???

You need to buy a full version of Office 2003. Lateral upgrades do not work
with Office. You can use the upgrade version to go from Office 2000 to
Office 2003. You cannot use the ugrade version of Office professional to
upgrade from Office Standard. Will not work! Have to buy the full version of
Office Professional to do that.
