Office drop-downs

When a menu item is selected in any Office application, only a subset
of the selections appear in the drop-down. Is there a setting
somewhere that I can change to show all selections when the menu item
is selected?

In Word use the setting in Tools=>Customize=>Options
to have full menus in the Office apps.
