office file folder 1033

i went into this folder and found alot of huge yellow question marks on alot
of things in this folder. I have been having problems with Office trying to
reinstall and it just won't quit. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to
recopy this file folder 1033 and perhaps correct those yellow questions.
Thought if I could just download it new all over again it might help the
situation. Any ideas ??????

I really haven't "messed" with any files, just looking at them and wondering
what they were so I would be sure. This problem with Office just started
a week or so ago and I did nothing different than any other day. But I did
find a Trojan and some other crap that automatically was put on the computer
just from visiting sites, I guess. Think I won't mess with it, just get it
all wiped off and go back to Win98 it was alot easier.
