I have 4 computers in my small business, will I be able
to put this version of Office 2003 on all of these
computers?

No, you will need a license for each of your computers. You can legally
install one copy of Office to a desktop and a portable, both being used by
the same person but not simultaneously.

You might qualify for a volume license (the smallest one is 5 licenses) -
