Hi, I'm Knew to XP home ed. Have set myself up with an
administrator account. All programs work fine.
In family and individual limited accounts, Office
programs ask for a product key. I have provided this both
as the account holder and as the administrator.
Office programs begin collecting info and installing then
close down. I open the programs to be greeted with the
request for product key again.
I have run repair this program from add/delete programs
with no success. It's becoming rather annoying!!!
Same issue applies to my Micro Trend Antivirus program
that I downloaded.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
