Office 2007 Activated but programs still want Product Key

I purchased the above product from Microsoft using the Home User Program. I
installed and activated it as required. Every 1 to 2 days when I open one of
the Office programs, the activation wizard pops up asking me to enter the
product key. I have done this numerous times but I continue to get the
activation wizard randomly. If I open Outlook and it pops up, my
functionallity is limited in Outlook, but I can open Excel or Word and and
everything works okay. In fact when I try and activate in either of the
above two programs, I am told the program is already activated. I am
desparate to get this fixed as it is a major annoyance.

This usually happens when you don't uninstall the trial Office 07 before
installing the real McCoy. If that's the case, you'll have to uninstall
both and reinstall 07.

My Office Install was an upgrade from Office 2003 Professional, ont a
trial install. In the meantime, I have uninstalled Office 2007, run a
registry cleaner, and re installed it, but I still have the same problem.

My my my. The wonders of running a Registry Cleaner. You did run a Registry Cleaning Tool before this issue showed up in the first place .. Did you not ?
