I received software from microsoft and it will not install. The error is the
language of this installation package is not supported by your system. I
checked the language on the disk and it indicated language "NEUTRAL". Why
does this happen? It has happen twice.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties installing your software.
Sadly, it's unlikely anyone on this newsgroup can help you as we are
volunteers and not employees of Microsoft. I suggest contacting
Microsoft through however you contacted them initially to get the
software.
