Office keeps asking for CD/installation - Office XP

Hi all
We are a school, we have XP Office on pc's, we do a complete install from
all cd's from local administrator account and the students log on to a
domain, mostly it works ok, but we keep getting asked for cd2 when we try
import clipart in word, powerpoint etc, if we have done a complete install
from all cd's why are we being asked for cd's all the time???
the students dont have access to install software.
There is no problems on the pc's running office 2000.

Andy,
Sounds like you'll have to go to your IT Administrator. When Office is
installed on a single computer, you have the choice of saving installation
files. Sounds like you don't have these kinds of permissions in your
situation.
