Office Lunches without Customisations!!!

I have created a mst package with the office resource kit
with some customisations. I have also created a profile
with the profile wizard.it all works fine when i am logged
in as the local administrator.

When i login as a power user\domain administrator\New
User\Existing User and launch office the windows installer
tries to configure the install and half way thorugh that
the installer starts to rollback and launches office
without my custimisations.
This happens everytime i launch office.

Any idea?
