No idea - too few details - crystal ball on vacation.
Version of Outlook? What is the EXACT error message? When did this start
and what did you install/uninstall just prior to it starting (Hint - nothing
is not a good answer.) Does opening and saving other Outlook items produce
the same error? What troubleshooting have you already tried?
