One opens EXCEL and has the last 4 documents opened listed in the Workbook
Window or the File popup menu window.
What I would like is a Common Documents popup section:
I have documents I open weekly but seldom. (once twice).
I am tired of doing File/Open?<select folder/sub folder etc>/MyTime.xls.
It could be in Common Documents on the Workbook Window;
on the OPEN A COMMON WORKBOOK TAB/TACK
Click Open DONE.
One adds to the list by doing (from open document) right click add to Common
workbook;

And if you want to expand the shown number of "My Recent Documents" try
this:
Go to the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
create (change) here dword value "MaxRecentDocs" and set it to equal the
number of documents to display in the recent documents list.
