Office translator?

Here where I work, we are getting prepared to host a conference where there
will be attendees from the Central and South American countries. We want to
be able to project two versions of PowerPoint presentations and also other
Office files (documents, spreadsheets, etc). Is there an add-in or plug-in
of any sort that will automatically convert a document or presentation from
English into Spanish?

Do NOT trust computer based translators.. you could offend people easily if
the translation is not perfect, and South Americans are not known for their
placid nature when upset .. get it done professionally..

Thank you for your reply. That seems to be the consensus of the input I got
from other sources as well. I think we are going to seek out interpreters
from the local community college. Thanks again.
